Equine Assisted Therapy Wokingham Berkshire

Equine Assisted Therapy

At Santolina Stables, we offer Equine Assisted Therapy sessions for children and young people who may benefit emotionally, socially, or developmentally from interaction with ponies. These gentle, non-riding sessions focus on building confidence, trust, communication and emotional resilience through structured, pony-led activities.

Working with ponies can have a calming and grounding effect, helping individuals with a wide range of needs including anxiety, autism, low self-esteem, or difficulties with communication. We tailor each session to the individual, and our team is experienced in working with schools, carers and families in a sensitive and supportive way.
